Partner with me to Bring Art Therapy to the Streets
My name is Jeannine, owner of the wearable art brand Jeannine Marie Designer. I've seen firsthand and experienced cycles that feel impossible to break. Incarceration. Violence. Trauma. Survival mode.
Like many families in Harrisburg, mine has been impacted by systems and environments that leave deep wounds and leave youth hurting in ways they can’t express. I’ve seen how unprocessed pain turns into anger, isolation, and destructive choices. I’ve also seen how a lack of safe spaces and creative outlets can leave young people feeling unseen and unheard. I’m fed up with sitting by and watching more youth fall into premature death and cycles of incarceration that can last into adulthood. I’m fed up with kids not having support systems that pour into them with love and encouragement. Thinking that they are damaged goods, when God has created them as His MASTERPIECES.
That’s why I created *RE;MADE COLLECTIVE*.
RE;MADE is a creative youth ministry that uses art and design as tools for emotional healing, identity, and spiritual growth. Through mentorship and hands-on creative experiences, I help young people process their stories, discover their worth, and encounter God’s love in tangible ways.
But I'm ready to go further. I am raising funds to launch a **mobile design studio that will serve communities throughout Harrisburg City** — bringing creativity, mentorship, and healing directly into neighborhoods impacted by violence, incarceration, and economic hardship.
This mobile studio will allow us to:
* Provide safe, consistent creative spaces in local neighborhoods
* Build relationships with youth who may not step inside a traditional program
* Create alternatives to the streets by giving young people purpose and belonging
Art cannot fix everything. But art creates space to breathe. To process. To imagine a different future.
When a young person learns to create instead of self-destruct, something shifts. When they are told they are valuable, gifted, and loved by God, something changes. When they are given tools to express pain safely, cycles begin to break.
Your support will help fund equipment, supplies, transportation, and the build-out of a fully functioning mobile creative space — one designed to bring hope directly into the heart of our city.
This isn’t just about art.
It’s about interrupting cycles.
It’s about rewriting stories.
It’s about giving the next generation tools to be RE;MADE.
And it starts right here in Harrisburg.
